What Customers Are Saying

Frequently Asked Questions

This model may suit sleepers who prefer a softer surface with deeper contouring and pressure relief. TEMPUR-Material and Advanced Relief Material adapt around the body, while the soft feel adds more cushioning at the sleep surface. BedMATCH can help identify whether this feel matches individual support and comfort needs.
It is an approximately 12-inch, all-foam mattress with a soft feel. The construction combines TEMPUR-Material, Ventilated Advanced Relief Material, and a removable SmartClimate cover.
Tempur-Pedic uses its proprietary TEMPUR-Material rather than a standard memory foam formulation. The mattress also incorporates Advanced Relief Material, creating a more cushioned ProAdapt feel while maintaining the contouring characteristics of TEMPUR-Material.
The design includes a cool-to-the-touch SmartClimate cover and ventilated Advanced Relief Material. These temperature-focused features are built into the mattress while maintaining its softer, more contouring feel.
The TEMPUR-ProAdapt Soft 2.0 is the more cushioned feel option within the ProAdapt 2.0 range. The TEMPUR-ProAdapt Medium 2.0 provides a more balanced surface, the TEMPUR-ProAdapt Firm 2.0 offers a firmer feel, and the TEMPUR-ProAdapt Medium Hybrid 2.0 combines a medium feel with premium innersprings. Compare the full Tempur-Pedic collection to see how the different constructions and comfort levels line up.
The TEMPUR-ProAdapt Soft 2.0 uses an all-foam TEMPUR-Material construction with Advanced Relief Material. Softer Helix mattresses typically combine foam comfort layers with wrapped coils. The comparison comes down to the close-contouring all-foam Tempur-Pedic approach versus the foam-and-coil construction used across many Helix models.
The softer surface may appeal to side sleepers who want more cushioning around the shoulders and hips, as well as combination sleepers who prefer a plush feel. Sleep position, body type, and personal firmness preference should all be considered when choosing a ProAdapt comfort level.
Couples who value motion isolation may find the TEMPUR construction useful. Its materials are designed to absorb and isolate movement, which can help reduce disturbances when one sleeper moves during the night.
Heavier sleepers who prefer a softer, more contouring surface may find this model comfortable, but support needs vary from person to person. Individual alignment, pressure relief, and comfort should determine whether this mattress provides the right level of cushioning and support.
The mattress is adjustable-base friendly and can be used with a compatible motion base. For other foundations and frames, make sure the setup follows Tempur-Pedic's support requirements. Adjustable bases are available through Sit 'n Sleep.
Check the latest Sit 'n Sleep financing options for current promotions, payment plans, minimum purchase requirements, and other applicable terms.
Tempur-Pedic backs the TEMPUR-ProAdapt Soft 2.0 with a 10-year limited warranty. Coverage depends on the manufacturer's warranty terms and claim requirements. Retain the purchase invoice, and use Sit 'n Sleep's warranty information as a reference if a warranty issue arises.
Testing the TEMPUR-ProAdapt Soft 2.0 in person can help determine whether its softer surface provides the right amount of cushioning. Visit a Sit 'n Sleep showroom in Southern California, and check the store locator to confirm that the TEMPUR-ProAdapt Soft 2.0 is on display at the location you plan to visit.
For routine care, follow the instructions on the removable SmartClimate cover's care label and Tempur-Pedic's mattress care guidance. The recommended directions should also be followed when caring for the mattress materials beneath the cover.
There is no fixed lifespan stated for the TEMPUR-ProAdapt Soft 2.0. Its long-term performance depends on factors such as use, maintenance, and foundation support, while the mattress itself is backed by a 10-year limited warranty.
