What is a Sleep Trial?
We offer a 120-Night Sleep Trial because we’re confident in our Sleep Consultants' ability to match you with the perfect mattress for your body type and budget. However, if your new mattress isn’t the right fit, we’ve got your back.
It generally takes 8 -10 weeks to properly break in a new mattress and allow your body to adjust, especially if your old one was worn out. That’s why our 120-Night Sleep Trial comfort guarantee requires you to sleep on your new mattress for at least 30 days. If you are still not completely satisfied, you have an additional 90 days to visit any Sit 'n Sleep location and select another mattress.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a one-time exchange or return for Purple, Avocado, Nectar, DreamCloud, Helix, and Casper with a $99.99 delivery fee and no restocking fee.
For all other brands, we provide a one-time exchange only, which is subject to a 20% restocking fee not to exceed $500.
Non-Mattress Returns
Refunds are available only when the product is brand new and in its original manufacturer packaging.
If the product has been opened or used, Sit ’n Sleep will work with the customer to request a warranty replacement or repair in line with the manufacturer’s guidelines.
Exclusions
The 120-Night Sleep Trial does not apply to closeouts, floor samples, or products that are found to be dirty, stained, or abused.
