What’s your return policy?
We offer a 120-Night Sleep Trial because we’re confident in our Sleep Consultants' ability to match you with the perfect mattress for your body type and budget. However, if your new mattress isn’t the right fit, we’ve got your back.
It generally takes 8 - 10 weeks to properly break in a new mattress and allow your body to adjust, especially if your old one was worn out. That’s why our 120-Night Sleep Trial comfort guarantee requires you to sleep on your new mattress for at least 30 days. If you are still not completely satisfied, you have an additional 90 days to visit any Sit 'n Sleep location and select another mattress.
Exchange & Return Policy
· Purple, Avocado, Nectar, DreamCloud, Helix, and Casper: One-time exchange or return with a $99.99 delivery fee (no restocking fee).
· All Other Brands: One-time exchange only with a 20% restocking fee (not to exceed $500).

The 120-Night Sleep Trial does not apply to closeouts, floor samples, or products that are found to be dirty, stained, or abused.
Non-Mattres Returns
· Refunds are available only if the product is brand new and still in its original manufacturer packaging.
· If the product has been opened or used, Sit 'n Sleep will work with the customer to request a warranty replacement or repair if there is a defect, following the manufacturer’s guidelines.
· The warranty may be voided if the product is found to be unreasonably unsanitary or abused.

The warranty on Hybrid Infinity covers the lifetime of the mattress for manufacturing defects as long as you own the mattress.
