The Dawn Core is Helix’s firmest mattress — built specifically so stomach and back sleepers wake up pain-free. Dense responsive foam layers keep your hips elevated, your spine neutral, and your posture aligned throughout the night with zero sinkage. The lightweight Breathe Knit Cover promotes airflow across the sleep surface to help keep heat from getting trapped, rounding out a mattress that’s firm, supportive, and breathable. Awarded Best Mattress for Stomach Sleepers by Tom’s Guide.

Firm Feel — 8–9 on the firmness scale.
  • Stomach sleepers of any weight who need hip elevation and firm spinal support
  • Dedicated back sleepers who want a solid, no-give surface
  • Sleepers who prefer to sleep “on” their mattress rather than “in” it
  • Anyone who wakes with lower back pain on softer mattresses
