We had a great experience today at this location! Jesse helped us out and he was so knowledgeable about the products and was so professional! Great customer service! We will be back!!!

My significant other and I have been talking about getting a new bed for some time. So this Sunday after researching beds, we came to Sit and Sleep. We were waited on patiently and the sales associate answered every question we had. We did not feel pressured or up-sold which we appreciated greatly. There was a nice selection of low to mid, to mid to high mattresses, and after trying out many hybrids and coils we settled on the Airloom Getty in the last few minutes before making our decision. If we get as good a night's rest as I think we're gonna get, I am literally going to come back into the store to thank my salesman. It was a good experience; better than I expected to have while thinking about it beforehand.

Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff. It's a shame that mattress stores in general feel like a trip to a shady used card dealership but this location was the bright exception. Bought a great bed for our toddler to grow into and a reasonable price.

My first time at this store, it's organized and clean. Especially the salesman was very friendly and polite, he gave me a very warm welcome when I first step in this store. He patiently introduced multiple products, pricing and available promotion of the products on floor which is helping me a lot to make my decision on my purchase. His great service is greatly appreciated. I'll definitely refer my friends come to this store.

My wife and I recently went to Sit 'n Sleep to shop for our first new matress in a long time. We were very fortunate to be helped by our Sleep Consultant, who was absolutely fantastic to work with. At his suggestion, we used their Bed Match system to calculate the firmness of matress that would be best for both of us. We really enjoyed this buying experience and we got the most comfortable matress that we have every owned!

So this review is for the location in Westminster on Magnolia Avenue. My family and I have used this very location for years now. It is our go-to place whenever we have any mattress needs or send friends and family over there whenever they need anyting. The staff there are always friendly and attentive, without being overbearing. They also give you good deals. 5 of my family members have bought Tempur-Pedic beds here. And today I purchased a regular mattress Queen set for a friend. The sales person who helped me was very friendly and helped me get through this process very quickly. I love this location and even if the staff change, all of the sales people are always super!
