Today my husband and I went to purchase an adjustable mattress. We were so impressed with this new computer system they have to find out which mattress was suable for us. Boy! we were impressed with this new technology. So we try about 6-7 mattress base on what my husband and I tested. Patricia help us, she was so amazing and knowledgeable. We are so happy with our purchase.
Matt made shopping for mattresses easy and fast. I was only looking for twin mattresses of a specific thickness and firmness and he showed me exactly what I asked for. He did not try to sell me something more or more expensive. No pressure tactics. I\'m very happy with my purchase and the whole painless buying experience. Went in to buy a mattress, which is not my favorite thing to do because of the prices and hard to find a good fit. Well, we got a great deal and sales clerk Azi was awesome, she knows her stuff and was very helpful.
I went to Sit n Sleep on 1/26/18 looking for a new mattress and box spring. I was set on a budget and was hoping I could stick to it. My daughter and I were greeted by Michael, I informed him I was looking for a new m/b and the price range. He showed me some options and my daughter and I proceeded to check them out. He returned again to ask if we had any questions or had found anything we liked. I also did the bed test where it asks you a few questions and then you lay down on the bed and it diagnosis your answers based upon your position of sleep too. I let Michael know that I had made a decision to purchase, and stayed within my budget, yay, and also purchased a mattress protector, which is a no brainer with the warranty that it carries. I was so excited to finally make this purchase, Michael was amazing, no pressure sale AT ALL. On top of it all I was able to get it delivered the next day. WOW, double excitement. Thank you Michael for your professionalism and kindness, you are a wonderful asset to the Santa Clarita store. I highly recommend you go and meet Michael when you are in search of a new mattress and box spring.
