Walter was very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a computerized bed that you lay on and it analyzes the type of mattress that you should have according to your body style and weight. It is awesome. We layed on many many beds and Walter was very patient with us. Our bed was delivered today as promised and we\'re looking forward to a good night\'s sleep.
This was the best bed/mattress experience I\'ve ever had. Went in to look and ask questions. Left with a purchase of new platform, headboard, and mattress! He took the time to actually listen what I wanted. Great price, great service. Delivered on time, set up. Overall it was terrific. Next time I need a mattress, I will go back - definitely!
My wife and I came in to look for a new mattress and Art was extremely helpful in helping us find the perfect mattress. The entire experience was pleasant and art really knows his stuff. Their prices are also very competitive and they had a huge selection so art will find something that will fit your needs
Great customer service. Art and Walter were of great help. I had a defective mattress and called customer service to open a claim. Within a week or two had a rep come out to do an assessment of my bed including finishing my claim findings. Found it was defective and as of today went back to store to choose a new mattress. I chose Simmons full bed with a new warranty. They guarantee their manufacture warranty as in defective parts to the bed. Any other complaint like discomfort etc a one time exchange with restocking fee applied to new mattress. Anyway, mattress, box, and frame will be replaced at equal or less value and waiver of that stocking fee due to manufacture defect. Art was very calm and helpful during the process. I would get another bed here in the future. Thanks guys!!
My husband and I moved to the area in November of 2017. We checked into a few places before stopping by Sit \'n Sleep. We should have gone there first! Art was the amazing and knowledgeable associate who assisted us. He never pushed or hurried us and we ended up investing in a wonderful king size bed with an adjustable frame. We\'ve never slept so well! In January we had family coming to stay with us and needed a quick delivery of a queen size mattress. Again we called a few places and Sit \'n Sleep was the clear choice. This time is was as easy as ordering over the phone. They delivered next day and with great organization and communication from the delivery team! Today I called back as I am finally wanting to buy a nice headboard for our king size bed and Art picked up the phone. With the most excellent customer service, he said that he could order and have the specific headboard brackets we needed ready for pick up within a few days, no charge! Wow, what service! I don\'t think we\'ll ever shop anywhere else for our mattress needs ever again!
Went in to this store on Monday and was immediately greeted and helped by Walter. He was very knowledgeable about the product he was selling and was able to help me and my fiancé, stay in our budget while still getting the comfort that we wanted. He is a great worker and very personable.
