About Nate Bercier
Nate Bercier has spent more than 12 years building his career at Sit 'n Sleep, working his way up from the sales floor to Assistant Manager, Store Manager, and now Senior Regional Manager. Along the way, he's become one of the company's most trusted product experts, known for translating deep knowledge of mattresses and sleep technology into a genuinely helpful, low-pressure experience for customers.
Nate's path with Sit 'n Sleep is also a family one — he's part of the Bercier family that has helped lead the company since the early 1980s, when his father Nelson Bercier joined founder Larry Miller to help build the business into Southern California's largest independent mattress retailer. Nate cut his teeth managing the Culver City store, one of the company's largest and top-performing locations, before advancing into regional leadership. Now overseeing operations across multiple stores, he brings the same hands-on, guest-first approach that has defined Sit 'n Sleep since day one — helping every customer find their perfect night's sleep.
