Here are a few tips on what to expect on your new purchase, please keep in mind that all mattresses manufactured in the United States are hand-assembled. No two mattresses will ever be identical and there will always be minor imperfections. Please don’t be alarmed. These minor imperfections will in no way affect the warranty or affect the physical performance of the mattress set. You should carefully read your warranty in addition to information we provide below.

• Body Impressions – Expect your new mattress to develop “body impressions” during the first several weeks of use. These impressions are normal and were anticipated in the design of your mattress. As the padding layers compress, the performance of your mattress will actually improve. Body impressions up to 1-1/2 inches will remain throughout the life of the mattress and are not a warranty concern.

• Give it Some Time – Your new mattress may not feel exactly like the one on the showroom floor. It usually takes 8-10 weeks to properly break in your new mattress. We recommend that you sleep on your new mattress for at least 30 days in order to allow your body to adjust to your new mattress, as you are only allowed one comfort exchange on a mattress.

• Keep Your Mattress Clean – If your mattress becomes stained or unsanitary at any time, it will void both your warranty and comfort guarantee. For your convenience, Sit N Sleep offers 2 choices of mattress pads which protect against stains.

• PROVIDE PROPER SUPPORT – Lack of proper support can cause structural damage that will void your warranty. If you will be placing your new set on an existing frame or bed, please read your warranty for details regarding the requirements for proper support of your new mattress set.

Please pay attention to the delivery options offered on the website, there are options where setup is not included, where setup can be purchased and where setup is included – this is unique to each product that we offer.

WE DO NOT DO EXCHANGES FOR SIZE REASONS. It is the customer’s responsibility to measure to make sure the mattress set is correct for them.

60 NIGHT SLEEP TRIAL If after sleeping on your mattress set for at least the REQUIRED 30 days, you are not satisfied with the comfort of our purchase, full credit less a 20% restocking fee will be allowed toward an exchange of EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE within the next 30 days. Restocking fee will not exceed $500.00 – ONE EXCHANGE ONLY.

ADJUSTABLE BASES, NON-STANDARD SIZES AND CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NOT SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION OR SLEEP TRIAL.
