First, you’ll take a few minutes to enter information such as your weight, height, noticeable aches or pains, whether you sleep with a partner or alone, and how many hours of sleep you normally get each night.

Then, a Sit ‘n Sleep consultant will instruct you to lay down while the machine uses 18 statistical measurements and more than 1,000 calculations to determine the kind of mattress your body needs in order to get the best support.
